Arti is a petite water dragon standing at 4 feet tall. He's mostly light blue with a soft white underbelly with a pair of gold hued eyes. He's got a mess of brown hair on top of his head, which he occasionally dyes in other colours, along with two white horns which are rounded at the tips so he doesn't hurt anyone with them accidentally.

If you got to know him well enough to get him out of his clothes, you'd see a genital slit between his legs, along with a soft pink anus underneath. Typically, his pink shaft stays inside of his slit and only peeks out a little when he's aroused. He's used to others mistaking him as female, and with how naturally wet a water dragon's insides are, it has led to some incidents of someone breeding the wrong (or right, depending on your perspective) hole.

Bratty and dorky were usually how people described him. He was bad at keeping his mouth shut, which didn't help when being bullied in school, usually goading on his assailants with a joke or quip and making a bad situation worse. A very determined dragon too, which means occasionally biting off more than he can chew and regretting it later. He tends to talk himself up since he's so small so it's easy to call his bluff and watch him get flustered.

Once you got to know him, however, he was usually quite loyal and a lot more talkative and bold once he warmed up enough. Or you could just bribe him with iced tea to win him over.

Arti is 20 years old and a college student studying programming with an interest in photography.

This small dragon was used to living in the big city and generally kept to himself at school, outside of being occasionally pushed around and bullied. Thankfully, he managed to get through school relatively unscathed, other than being shoved in a locker or two or being wedgied.

Now that he's in college he's renting his own quiet apartment near campus. He ocassionally works as a freelance photographer for extra money and can sometimes be seen carrying a backpack full of his equipment or other supplies. Photography is a passion of his; he is always eager to put his equipment to use.

When he's not in class or getting into trouble somewhere he also works nights at an adult toy store, which means he gets a big discount and has amassed quite a collection of toys and gear. Plus, he gets to help out and advertise their store online by modeling the toys/gear and taking photos and videos of himself using them. It pays well, and he gets to show off! This has gotten him a bit of a reputation at his campus at times, which can be both good or bad, depending on who's seen his work!
